Easy Returns through our Returns Portal.
You have a 15 day window from the date of delivery to submit your return. All returns are refunded as store credit only via a She’s Waisted E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 24 hrs of delivery.
We do not offer free shipping labels for returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to send back a return. You will be able to purchase a label through our returns portal. Please only use this label. Any label purchased separately not through our returns portal will result in your return being denied and your package rejected as our warehouse only accepts pre-approved tracking numbers.
You can exchange your item by repurchasing any available items using the store credit we issued on our site.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact email@example.com with photos clearly identifying the damage.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your package with photos clearly identifying the incorrect item.
Certain sales, promotions and one time products will be marked as final sale.
We only offer store credit. We do not offer refunds.
