Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, exchanges can be made for eligible items within 30 days. We allow one exchange per order only; so please be mindful of the item and size and make sure you review our size chart before purchasing. 

To initiate an exchange, please submit a request at  https://sheswaisted.loopreturns.com/ and send your item back using the shipping label provided by our returns portal.

***PLEASE NOTE*** Only use the returns shipping label provided by us to ship back your items. Do not ship back an item with your own purchased shipping label without approval from us first. Doing so will result in your return being denied and your package rejected as our warehouse only accepts pre-approved tracking numbers.

We offer free exchanges for different sizes and we also offer exchanges to a different item all together if you weren’t happy with the one you purchased. To exchange for a different item, select our ‘Shop Now’ feature on our returns portal.

We will physically inspect each return and we reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not pass inspection. In order for an exchange to be accepted, the item that you are returning should be in new condition and inside the original packaging with all original tags attached. Exchanges should show no signs of wear, odors, stains (glitters, oils, etc) and no dampness from sweat or otherwise.

All Shapewear with a crotch is final sale and ineligible for exchanges or store credit due to sanitary reasons.

Damaged Items

Defective items MUST be reported within 10 days of receipt. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact support@sheswaisted.com with photos clearly identifying the damage.

Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at support@sheswaisted.com within 24 hours of receiving your package with photos clearly identifying the incorrect item.

Refund Requests

We only offer exchanges & store credit. We do not offer REFUNDS unless an error is made by the seller “She’s Waisted.”
