Return / Exchange Policy

Making sure you receive items that fit is a priority for us and for this reason, we offer a 14-day exchange policy that will cover any sizing issue that you may experience. We allow one exchange per order only; so please be mindful of the item and size. We do not offer refunds, but we can issue store credit or an exchange for eligible orders.

    Exchanges

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, exchanges can be made for eligible items. To initiate an exchange, please submit a request at https://returns.sheswaisted.com/ and send it along with the item(s) you need to exchange to the provided exchange address. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. We will physically inspect each return and we reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not pass inspection. In order for an exchange to be accepted, the item that you are returning should be in new condition and inside the original packaging with all original tags attached. Exchanges should show no signs of wear, odors, stains (glitters, oils, etc) and no dampness from sweat or otherwise. If the exchange is denied, you will be responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to you.

    This does not guarantee that you will be able to exchange for the exact same item. For limited edition bands and also if we are out of stock of a particular product, we may require you to exchange for a different item (meaning you may have to exchange for a different color or product). If you choose not to exchange for a different item, we can then offer credit that you can use to repurchase at a later time, such as when the item becomes back in stock. (credit will not including or cover shipping cost).

    Find your order using your order number and email address used at the time of purchase to request a Return/Exchange. She's Waisted will reply within 24 – 48 hours with instructions regarding your request.

    Processing

    After receiving your return, we will process your order within 4-9 business days. The most economical return method is USPS flat rate shipping, however, you can use and shipping method you desire.

    Refund Requests

    We offer exchanges ONLY! ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS unless error is made by the seller “She’s Waisted”. Please get approval before shipping any garments back. Must ship back 14 days from the date of arrival. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE EXCHANGE TO US AND THE BUYER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE EXCHANGE BACK IN RETURN. We, She’s Waisted, are not responsible for any shipping charges regarding an exchange. 

    Damaged Items

    Defective items MUST be reported within 10 days of receipt. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact support@sheswaisted.com.

    If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package
