    Quick sweat

    I bought these 3 months ago, a 3X. I wear them at least 3X a week or more. Just walking around the house, you sweat. Now I have to buy a 1X. When I first got them I had to get my Bestie to help button them. Now they are too loose, I button them without getting out of breath. These are a wonderful find and I highly recommend you get these. Even though I'm losing just inches, out of everything that I've bought, these have shown results and keeps going down inches. I get compliments from my close friend about how my waist is looking. Here are before and after. Not sure if you can tell the difference but I do.
