How does returns shipping work?
Returns shipping is free for exchanges & store credit. We offer two methods to return your items. We partner with Happy Returns to provide drop off locations near you (e.g. Fedex store) so you don't even need a shipping label to send back your return! If there are no drop off locations near you we will create a label for you via USPS.
Do you offer Printerless Shipping Labels?
Yes! If you choose to return your items via a Happy Returns drop off location there will be no need for a shipping label. If there are no drop off locations near you then you will have to print your USPS return label that is generated in our returns portal.
Do you offer Exchanges?
Yes we offer FREE exchanges within the same produt (Different size or color). We only offer one exchange per order.
In what condition can I return the product?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
My item arrived damaged how can I get a new one?
Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact email@example.com with photos clearly identifying the damage.
I received the incorrect Item what do i do?
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your package with photos clearly identifying the incorrect item.
Do you offer refunds to the original payment method?
No we currently only offer exchanges and store credit refunds.
My return shipment was lost in transit what can I do?
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Certain sales, promotions and one time products will be marked as final sale.
